Admissions Overview

At NeuAge Institute (NAI), the Office of the Registrar guides applicants through the entire admissions process. We use a comprehensive evaluation method that includes reviewing your application, transcripts, and goals. Admission notifications are sent via email, phone, text, or mail. For any questions, you can contact us at 1-855-840-4200 or info@neuageinstitute.com.

As a higher learning institution, NAI only grants admission to students who can demonstrate the potential to successfully complete a program and gain educational benefits. All application materials are thoroughly assessed to inform admissions decisions.

Admission Process

The Office of the Registrar assists applicants throughout the process, offering support via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Applicants will discuss their interests, goals, and training needs, and receive information on study methods, tuition, payment plans, and program details.

Application Steps:

  1. Submit Application: Completed applications with all required documents are submitted to the Office of the Registrar. Additional information may be requested.
  2. Decision Notification: Applicants are notified of admission decisions via phone or email as soon as possible.
  3. Academic Plan: Once admitted, an academic plan is created, including course sequences, study schedules, and payment options.

Final admissions decisions are made by the Office of the Registrar, in collaboration with admissions leadership and advisors. NAI upholds equal opportunity principles and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds, without discrimination based on age, gender, race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected class.

Required Documents

To complete the admissions process, the following documents are required:

  • NAI Enrollment Application Form
  • B.SC (or Equivalent)
  • Government-issued photo ID (state ID, driver’s license, or passport)

Admissions Acceptance

Once payment is made or funding authorization received, and the Enrollment Agreement signed, students are officially enrolled.

Next Steps After Acceptance:

  • Students are scheduled for orientation before the start of their first term. Early registration is recommended.
  • Students are provisionally enrolled until they successfully complete the NAI Orientation. Those who need additional support after orientation will work with their Program Advisor.

Non-Native English Speakers

All NAI courses are delivered in English. Prospective students whose primary language is not English and who have not earned a degree from an accredited institution where English is the language of instruction must demonstrate proficiency in English.

International Students

NAI offers fully online programs, so students do not need a visa or residential attendance to study. Visa services or sponsorship are not provided.

Academic Advising

The Office of the Registrar provides initial advising on program options, admissions requirements, and tuition details. After enrollment, designated Program Advisors work closely with each student, offering support from orientation through to graduation.

Acceptable Educational Credentials

NAI accepts both paper and electronic educational credentials, which must be in English. Transcripts must be from U.S. Department of Education-approved accredited institutions or state-approved high schools.
Official Transcript Requirements:

  • Paper transcripts must remain sealed to be accepted.
  • Electronic transcripts must be in PDF format and secured by a digital certificate, issued by a certified document provider.
