Student Recruitment Policy

Academic Misconduct Policies

Recruitment Process Overview

At NeuAge Institute (NAI), we are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in our student recruitment practices. Our recruitment policy ensures full compliance with federal, state, and international laws. This policy outlines how we train and evaluate our recruitment personnel, update recruitment materials, and ensure compliance through reviews and monitoring.

Professional Development of Recruitment Personnel

All recruitment staff at NAI undergo a comprehensive training program when hired. This training covers federal and state, as well as the institution’s values and ethical recruitment practices. Modules focus on effective communication, cultural sensitivity, and legal aspects of recruitment.

To ensure that recruitment staff stay current, we hold mandatory professional development sessions twice a year, which cover updates in recruitment laws, institutional policies, and the latest recruitment strategies. Additionally, staff are encouraged to participate in relevant conferences and workshops to further their professional growth.

Evaluation of Recruitment Personnel

NAI conducts annual performance reviews for all recruitment personnel. These reviews assess their adherence to institutional policies, their ability to meet recruitment targets, and their communication skills. We also incorporate feedback from prospective students and colleagues to guide further development.

Updating Recruitment Materials

To ensure that all recruitment materials remain accurate and up to date, NAI conducts a thorough biannual review of all marketing and promotional content. This includes program descriptions, admission requirements, financial aid information, and any other materials shared with prospective students.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for approving updates to these materials, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and reflect the most current information.

Review

NAI conducts an Annual Recruitment Review to ensure that all recruitment activities, communications, and promotional materials remain accurate, ethical, and compliant with institutional policies and applicable state and federal regulations. This review provides a structured mechanism for verifying that recruitment practices continue to support transparency, accuracy, and professionalism across all prospective student interactions.

Legal Compliance

All recruitment personnel at NAI are required to follow federal, state, and international laws. They are trained to understand these laws and how they apply to their roles. Recruitment personnel are also required to use official titles and approved communication methods when interacting with prospective students, ensuring transparency and trust.

Referral Gifts

NAI may offer nominal gifts, such as institution-branded items, for student referrals. These gifts are regulated and are capped at $100 annually per individual, in compliance with ethical standards. Examples include branded pens, tote bags, and water bottles.

Continuous Improvement

NAI continuously monitors its recruitment practices and encourages feedback from both prospective students and recruitment personnel. Feedback is collected through surveys and direct communication, helping us improve our recruitment processes and enhance the overall student experience.

Conclusion

NAI is dedicated to upholding the highest standards in student recruitment. By ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, we maintain integrity and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
