Root Cause Analysis and CAPA Report

This project is the culmination of QARA level 2 courses and is based on the knowledge gained. The student will be provided with a case study of a deviation (or Out-Of-Specification) on manufacturing level. The student will generate a report to summarize the investigation and the Root Cause as well as offer a CAPA to the deviation.
